Redress Manager 2012 will include case wizards that can be modified by clients for specific case types and a case processor than will allow for case automation.

• The wizards will greatly reduce the time taken to enter a basic case and allow customer specific settings to be predefined

• The case processor includes a variety of options including date periods, thereby facilitating the processing of hundreds of cases at a touch of button

The full functionality of Redress Manager will be available once the wizard has completed the setting up of the initial case. This is vital to ensure customers benefit from the comprehensive set of customer specific adjustments within Redress Manager.

This release is currently under development and our hope will be to release this in May 2012.
