Fundraising fundamentals is our system to help with fundraising.

The actual software sits on our servers so all you need is an Internet browser like Internet explorer (and Flash for the Dashboard and the Call assignment assistant).

How it works (the basics)

• Export constituent data from your core backend systems (Raisers Edge or other system)

• Import constituent data into our system

• Setup callers and allocate calls to each caller

• Callers call constituents asking for pledges and update details
  
  
• Report on data in Real time

• Export data from our system ready for loading back into your core system
