For Redress Manager we have different training covering the following subject areas;
- PPI - training based on PS10/12
- Investments - training based on fund and pension switching
- Mortgage endowments - Basic, Advanced and Mitigation
- Mortgage and Loan - Basic training
Fundraising
- System administrator training, covering:
- main system
- dashboard
- caller allocation assistant
Training is available at our offices or on your site subject to availability and the correct resources.
