Exasoft was formed in 1993 and converted to a Public Limited Company in 2005. The company has concentrated on providing sophisticated software primarily to the financial services sector. This specialism in financial services is based around providing software to meet compliance and statutory requirements within a heavily regulated market place.

We pride ourselves on producing solutions that are innovative allowing our clients to meet critical business requirements in the most effective way possible.  All our development is undertaken in the UK.

Mission Statement

Exasoft is widely recognised as the industry leader for providing commercial solutions for most types of financial redress. Exasoft’s Redress Manager solution has been developed over 20+ years evolving into an all encompassing solution for BAU, end-to-end redress, provisioning, complaint management and auditing. Exasoft continues to strive to make its solution more powerful and effective for its customers.

Exasoft places great weight on social responsibility and as such our senior management & company are actively involved within the local and wider community (Coventry City Ambassadors group, CCFC Asia community initiative, various advisory boards).We have been accredited under 'Investors in People' since 2005, demonstrating the companies' commitment to developing our employees.

Environmental Policy

As part of our commitment to environmental issues we try to work with locally based companies and are constantly looking to reduce our footprint on the environment. We have:

  • Installed more efficient air conditioning for server cooling
  • Switched to low power terminals instead of high power PC's
  • Introduced a policy to purchase lower powered LED monitors when replacing existing screens
  • Introduced recycling for office waste (e.g. paper, plastic...)
  • Introduced a strict policy of purchasing only FSC approved or recycled paper based products
  • Introduced electronic invoicing and licensing where possible
  • Introduced a only print if essential message on all our emails

Health & Safety

We take health and safety very seriously and this is demonstrated throughout everything we do. We have a Health and Safety Manager and hold regular meetings where all details are regularly shared amongst everyone. We aim to:

  • Provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities;
  • Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety;
  • Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment;
  • Ensure safe handling and use of substances;

Your duties will include:

  • Data and mathematical analysis of system data and data provided from customers.
  • Testingsoftware as instructed / directed and reporting your results in a specified manner.
  • This will include but is not limited to, manual testing, regression testing and unit testing.
  • Working with team members to become fluent with our various software systems and providing assistance where needed;
  • Assisting with development, testing and supporting of systems;
  • Contributing to the various ongoing projects as and when needed;
  • Providing telephone and email support as and when required both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • At least a 2:1 in any degree.
  • You must be patient and methodical and able to work as part of a team as well on your own. This role requires great attention to detail and a lot of the time you will be working on similar test scenarios for long periods of time.
  • You will have a proven ability to check data for errors and be able to think outside the box and follow complex instructions.
  • You will also have good communication skills with a 'can do' attitude.
  • You will also be highly organised and have the ability to carry out end to end testing of existing systems and new systems.
  • You don’t need an IT background but you do need to be bright and passionate about technology with intermediate office skills (Word and Excel).

As a Developer you will:

  • Support the other Developers and the Head of Development across multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain client facing and internal applications
  • Translate specifications into code and unit test the code
  • Liaise with the testing team to answer any queries they may have and ensure all bugs are fixed
  • Work to agreed timelines

Essential skills and experience

  • Strong C# skills and knowledge of Asp.NET MVC;
  • Some experience with SQL Server;
  • Some experience with LINQ, HTML, CSS and JQuery

We are looking for ideally 2 + years experience in a similar environment.

You will be part of an integrated and customer focussed team based at our innovative and modern head office in Coventry (CV1) which is part of the Innovation Village business park.

We have an amazing new opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic Fundraising Manager to join our dynamic team.

This is a new role that has arisen due to the success of both our business and our team.

The role

You will lead University campaigns that are driven by us to enhance and manage their fundraising. You will build credibility across many University Academic Schools and you will lead on their fundraising and alumni agendas.

Essential Skills and experience

  • You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and you will develop and manage existing relationships that we currently have with our University Clients.
  • You will have extensive experience of managing University fundraising campaigns and we fully conversant with Fundraising standards and legislation. In addition you will be comfortable with managing complex and multiple relationships across all UK universities and their respective colleges. Naturally you will have a flair for creative campaigns and a proven track record of achieving goals and targets.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, be well organised, a creative thinker with the ability to deliver on complex projects across the UK.
  • There will be a considerable level of travel involved in this role to visit Universities so the right candidate must be comfortable with this.
  • The right candidate will have between 5 – 10 years related experience within a University fundraising Alumni environment.

Must have the latest UK mortgage background.

Salary £30-50k depending on experience

As a growing company we are looking for strong likable individuals who want a challenge within a progressive and professional company.

You will be part of an integrated and customer focussed team based at our innovative and modern head office in Coventry (CV1) which is part of the Innovation Village business park, near to the University.

You will be working with many of our clients to help deliver high volume solutions for large scale remedial projects.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects from the initiation through to implementation.
  • Work with customers, suppliers and internal teams to drive our projects forward, to time, quality and budget.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to Clients and management on project progress.
  • Working with internal staff to plan resources for the project and define appropriate prioritisation.
  • Producing ISO compliant project documents and ensuring these are kept up to date.
  • You will be able to work on client site as and when needed. We are Coventry based but our client’s span the UK and we need staff that are willing to travel and happy to stay away if required.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • You will have at least 2years relevant and up to date financial services PM experience, with specific up to date knowledge of UK mortgage products.
  • You will have experience of estimating and managing budgets from small change to £1m plus projects.
  • You will be a self starter with a can do attitude and able to work on your own initiative, both within our internal dynamic and flexible teams and also on client site.
  • You will be an excellent client relationship builder and be able to sort out problems and be proactive in your approach.
  • You will be great at planning client centric and internal projects, whilst being able to re-prioritise as demands change.
  • Desire and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time given each the appropriate attention to detail.

System Tester

Learning new skills like SQL is an appealing and enjoyable aspect of my position at Exasoft.  The job requires a problem solving and analytical mindset which has allowed me to utilise the skills I acquired at University.  My Physics degree course helped me develop key skills for this position such as problem solving and data analysis.  This turned out to be the ideal position for me based on the skill set I acquired at University.  Exasoft offers a pleasant working environment, with cheerful staff and a peaceful atmosphere. 


I work with an array of different technologies with the work continuing to throw up new challenges.  I develop software applications and I get a lot of job satisfaction from seeing them being utilised in important projects.  I work in a relaxed friendly atmosphere and a week never goes by without me learning something new. 

Member of the Testing team

Working closely alongside developers enables you to really make a difference to the end software produced; you feel like your input is really valued.  A relaxed environment helps to stimulate the mind and produce the best quality work.  Working as a system tester/trainer means I get to combine the best of both positions in one role. 

Junior Tester

As a recent graduate, Exasoft gave me the opportunity to take my first step onto the career ladder as a Junior System Tester. I feel that Exasoft have allowed for the transition from University to industry to be as smooth as possible; from the insightful recruitment process to the excellent training and professional development opportunities that come thereafter.

Training & Development

We understand that our people are the most important asset in our business and for our business to grow and develop it is vital that our staff have the most up to date skills as this is integral to what we do.  We value both involvement and empowerment and this is looked at from day one, at one to ones and as part of our newly introduced Personal Development Review scheme.  This has evolved alongside our new programme that supports Cefap (The Certificate in Financial Administration and Planning) for most of our staff in the testing team.  We also support other post Graduate Qualifications.
