Claim status

Select whether the claim status is Not set, upheld or rejected

Send to FOS

Specify whether the case has been sent to FOS by selecting Yes or No

FOS send date

Specify the date the case was sent to FOS or set it to Today’s date

Date received

Specify the date the case was received or set it to Today’s date

First response

Specify the date when the first response was received or set it to Today’s date

Second response

Specify the date when the second response was received or set it to Today’s date

Case checked

Specify whether the case has been checked by selecting Yes or No

Third party involved

Specify whether any third party was involved by selecting Yes or No

Save item

Select whether to Save the case information or to Save & Close
