Redress Manager allows you to produce PDF format files. These files are printer quality allowing historic copies to be printed at a later date.
All options can be saved and retrieved for future use. The following notes provide assistance with the PDF output.
Introduction
Creating a report in PDF format within Redress Manager® allows the recording of information in a printable electronic format.
The report/letter can be saved in MS Word and can be inserted into your standard company letter or report; should you wish, this could then be issued to your client.
Note: The PDF file will be created in your default PDF directory if specified.
Creation
A PDF file can be created for specific reports within Redress Manager® by selecting the PDF icon associated with that particular report. This option also allows you to select a TSV file to save your report as.
The reports available are as follows:
The reworks - this provides printouts of the interest and repayment methods to enable monthly analysis.
The comparison - this can be inserted into a client’s letter and provides them with a full and detailed calculation.
Select the relevant PDF icon. A window is presented showing the file name and the destination folder for the PDF file. (We advise that you set up a PDF folder).
Select the ‘save’ option or change to the required file name / folder and save.
