The complainant would have purchased an alternative regular premium PPI policy at the outset. The loan and the PPI policy are live.

I initially took out a loan which included a Single Premium PPI policy. I am making this complaint based on the fact that I believe I should have been sold a Regular Monthly PPI policy instead. Details of my loan and policy are below.
