You can go straight into the reports module and case transfer module (licence required) from the main menu. This removes the need to login again to access the module.

 

The standard reports provide management style reporting information. The advanced reports allow user defined analysis of data within the system.

 

Case Transfer (licence required) allows the transfer of cases to and from Redress Manager®.

 

Within the Reports option, there is a tool to create accurate outsourcer reports to send to Exasoft.
