In the new ‘SysGen’ set, the premiums paid in the claim period of £9.00 need to be removed via a ‘No Premiums’ adjustment for the claim period of 3 months.

The firm may deduct from the redress an amount equivalent to the regular premiums paid during the claim period, as the premiums would still have been payable by the complainant during the claim period.
