Select the template to be opened. This template must already be set up.

Filename

Specify the Filename to load data from

    ■    {R} - r case reference

    ■    {D}{M}{Y} -  for current day month and year

    ■    {P} - for multi-lender cases the P refers to the Policy and for investment cases P refers to Complaint Ref

    ■    {N} - for multi-lender cases the N refers to Our Ref and for investments N refers to Account Ref

    ■    {clipboard} for data that has been copied to the clipboard

Note reference numbers P and N must be saved in the case before running the wizard

Filename can be up to 255 characters

New adjustment name

Name of the new adjustment set to be created

Batch data

This allows you to select whether you pick the data from the case source file (select Customer) or the adjustment source file (select Adjustments) in the batch loader

Load data

Select whether to Load or Load & Close, Append and Close, Append, Append New and Close, Append New

Run Process

Options include; Run process and wait (indefinite), Run process and delay and Run process without a wait. This allows a process to populate the clipboard with data or create a file. Need to specify the location of an external file that will be ran in the expression.
