Form name

This is the name of the form (please note this must be set up for the user group and should appear in the cases menu)

Set form item

Selects the data in the form.  This must be of the correct format defined in the form definition and selected after set form tab.

Set form tab

Selects the tab in the form (please note this must be selected before set form item). To select the tab required specify the tab number in the value column. The first tab is defined as 0,second as 1, the third as 2,etc

Get form item

Create PDF

Retrieves a value from a defined form. Form must be selected prior to this item, along with the Form name in the Selection dropdown field. An example is shown below:

Item = Form name,    Selection = “Form name”

Item = Get form item, Selection = “Balance”, Expression = {formItem}

Creates a PDF of the form

Print details

Prints the form

Clear form

Clears all data items within a form
