The Case status date section allows cases to be filtered based on the last date the case status was modified. The type fields have two filter options: Set dates and Set period (Days, Weeks or Months). The Set period type works as follows:

 

Days - Number of days to take off today’s date

Weeks - Number of 7 day intervals to take off today’s date

Months - Number of Months to take off today’s date (Month number, not 30 days)

 

To include cases modified today the ‘From’ period should be set to 0.

e.g. today is 23/04/2012

 

Month Period set to 0, From date is 23/04/2012

Month Period set to 1, From date is 23/03/2012
