The Premium Loan Calculator can be located via the Calculator menu. You must have a case open to access this feature.  

 

 

This feature allows you to calculate specific loan payments based on the information entered, and is also useful for lenders who may require an alternative regular premium for PPI cases but do not know the value.

Rate Calculator

 

The Rate Calculator can be located via the Calculator menu. You must have a case open to access this feature.

 

 

This feature allows you to calculate the annual interest rate based on the information entered. This is very useful for loans where the rate is not included in the information packs.

 

 

 

Enter in the details and click on the calculate button, the rate to use in Redress Manager is returned in a message window. If the lender selected works on the APR rate then this will be indicated next to the rate.
