Please note, if your Redress Manager logon matches your windows username and password the system will automatically log you on. Below shows the logon GUI. If you’d prefer to restrict the ability to logon interactively, please email [email protected].

 

To enter Redress Manager, simply enter your user name and password. Click on OK once you have entered your details.

 

 

All usernames and passwords are not case sensitive. If correct username and password combination is entered, then a welcome message will appear.

 

 

If you enter the wrong username and/or password, you will get the following error message. Just re-enter the correct username and password to enter the system.

 

 

If your data is older than the system or more than 12 months old, then a warning will be displayed.
