The rate calculator step type within the wizard mimics the steps carried out when using the rate calculator window. Each of the fields below can either be set as a value within the wizard or entered in as the wizard is running.

 

Monthly payment                           sets the monthly payment

 

Loan                                                      sets the amount for the loan

 

Start Date                                            sets the start date

 

First payment date                          sets the first payment date

 

Product                                                from dropdown list options of mortgage, loan or user variables can be selected

 

Type                                                      select repayment type: interest only or repayment

 

Lender                                                  select lender from the dropdown options

 

Term                                                     set the term

 

Calculate                                              Calculates the balance amount which is then set to user variable
