The balance calculator step type within the wizard mimics the steps carried out when using the balance calculator window. Each of the fields below can either be set as a value within the wizard or entered in as the wizard is running.

 

Monthly payment                           sets the monthly payment

 

Interest rate                                      sets the interest rate

 

Start Date                                            sets the start date

 

First payment date                          sets the first payment date

 

Product                                                from dropdown list options of mortgage,  loan or user variables can be selected

 

Method                                               interest only or repayment options are available in the dropdown

 

Lender                                                  select lender from the dropdown options

 

Term                                                     set the term

 

Final Payment                                   set the final payment

 

Calculate                                              Calculates the balance amount which is then set to user variable A, X, Y or Z.
