This is accessed within
the multi-lender or investment screen by clicking on the ‘Add redress
information’ icon or via ‘Cases’ on the Menu by selecting
‘Redress Information’ from the dropdown list.
Please note that when
the redress information is accessed via the icon, clicking on the ‘Add new
item’ icon allows you to view, edit and save the calculated
redress values. However, when the redress information is opened from the Menu
option – Cases, the window is pre populated with previously saved redress
values and these values cannot be changed. Clicking on the ‘Add new item’ icon allows
you add Ex-gratia payments even if there is no redress or the complaint has
been rejected.
This screen allows the storage of redress for clients.
