The Batch load can be accessed through the Admin menu when you have the appropriate licence.

 

 

 

 

Batch load using the case load and mail merge options to load data and process cases.

 

Please note that when running wizards via the batch load, it will not ask for any user input, even if there is an item asking for this in the wizard.
