The Claims Management Companies is accessible via Tables menu.

 

 

 

This table allows address details of Claims Management Companies to be created for selection. The Party screen can then access pre-set CMC address details.

 

 

 

a)	Code is a system-generated number
b)	Name of Claims Management Company
c)	Postal details of Claims Management Companies
	Add a new item to the end of the list
	Insert a new item prior to the current position
	Delete current item
	Save current table
	Exit current screen

 

 

 

On the Party screen a drop down is available to select pre-defined CMC Address.

 

 

 

The Name and Reference fields are not populated.

The address details can be updated on the Party screen. The update will only affect that particular case and not the original template.

Selecting a different CMC from the drop down selection will overwrite present address.
