This Admin only option allows you to remove data from selected groups. This is useful if you want to delete data that has not been accessed after a certain date.
The screen allows you to enter a date (a value up to 3 years prior to today’s date) and select a group. The system checks the cases Open Date within the selected group and deletes them.
Note: This feature should be used with care as it deletes all records of the case, include Audit information.
