The audit file shows who ran the batch and what the result was. It also gives a date and time for when the batch began and output and exception file names.

Version numbers of Batch, Case Loaders, Adjustment Loaders and Wizards, are saved in the batch audit info in the ‘Description’ column.

The Batch output files such as warning file, exception file and the output file can be viewed quickly from the ‘Batch audit file’ screen by right clicking on the respective row.
